If you’re experiencing any technical issues during the live webinar, please close all other applications and browsers you have open, including your emails, and refresh Demio. We also recommend that you use Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge.
We also recommend copying your unique joining link and pasting it into an incognito tab in your browser, rather than clicking the link directly from the Demio email.

Please be aware that occasionally, NHS Trust computers block sites such as Demio. For issues with Network and NHS firewall restrictions, you can either try to join on another network like a personal hotspot or you can ask your IT team to whitelist the domains below so they can establish a connection for you:
