Cancelling your print subscription
If you no longer wish to receive printed editions of the journals, please cancel your subscription.
There are two methods to complete this action, and which action you take will depend on how your subscription was purchased.
1) Subscription included as part of your Membership package
Log in and navigate to your 'Account' hub. Click on 'My Subscription' in the sidebar, then scroll down to your subscription.
Then click on the "X" next to the journal subscription from the list of active subscriptions, as seen in the image below in the black rectangle.
Click to cancel the subscription. You will be prompted "Are you sure you want to remove this item from your subscription?"
Click "Okay" to complete the action.
Once this is triggered the page will refresh and you'll be notified of the cancellation on-screen (see image below). You are able to reactivate this subscription directly on this page by clicking on "Undo".
1) Subscription purchased separately by a Member
Log in and navigate to your 'Account' hub. Click on 'My Subscription' in the sidebar.
You will see the subscription listed under product, so click on the "Cancel" button in the "Actions" row, as seen in the image below in the red rectangle.
Once this is triggered the page will refresh and you'll be notified of the cancellation on-screen (see image below). You are able to reactivate this subscription directly on this page by clicking on "Reactivate" as seen in the red rectangle below.
