Please go to https://www.bsg.org.uk to log into your BSG account
Go to the 'blue bubble' with your initials at the top of the page, click on the drop down to 'view profile' then go to
'my membership' on the left hand side of the page where you have the option to change your membership plan in the drop down.
If you are switching to a reduced fee category in the middle of your payment year you will not receive a refund, however the system will extend your next renewal payment pro rata to a date further in time.
