Remember to check your spam folder for the email to update your password, as this often can be delivered to a spam/junk folder.
Prior to using the new password, best practise is to clear your browser history and cache, as this can often have an impact on user logins. Once you have cleared the settings and the cache, then close your browser and relaunch it before trying to use your newly generated password.
We suggest that you use Google Chrome if possible, as it is one of the most reliable browsers with few issues.
